Welcome to Korean Skin Lab. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, store, and services (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing from Korean Skin Lab, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

Use of Services

· You must be at least 18 years old (or of legal purchasing age in your jurisdiction) to place orders.

· You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.

· You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity under it.

Orders & Payment

· All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

· Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice. Once an order is placed, the confirmed price at checkout will apply.

· Full payment must be made prior to shipment/delivery. We accept the payment methods mentioned on our website (e.g. debit/credit cards, bank transfers, cash on delivery, etc.).

· In the event of a pricing or product error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any paid amount.

Shipping & Delivery

· Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

· Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the parcel is dispatched to the courier.

· Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.

· You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable).

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

· Our Refund and Exchange Policy forms part of these Terms.

· Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if they fully comply with our published policy (e.g., product unused, sealed, within the allowed time frame).

· We reserve the right to reject any return request that fails to meet the specified conditions.

Product Authenticity & Responsibility

· Korean Skin Lab is an authorized distributor and retailer of authentic Korean skincare brands.

· All products sold are manufactured by their respective Korean brands, and we guarantee their authenticity.

· However, we are not the manufacturer of these products. Therefore, Korean Skin Lab shall not be held liable for any skin reactions, allergies, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the products.

· Customers are encouraged to perform a patch test before applying any skincare product and to consult a dermatologist if unsure.

Intellectual Property

All website content including product images, text, graphics, trademarks, and design elements is the intellectual property of Korean Skin Lab or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this site or its content without prior written consent.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

· Our website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

· We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the site or the information, content, or products included.

· To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korean Skin Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services or products.

· This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions, side effects, or dissatisfaction resulting from the use of any product purchased from us.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Korean Skin Lab, its employees, directors, and affiliates against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
