Refund & Exchange Policy
At Korean Skin Lab, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every product is 100% authentic and thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, in the rare case that you face any issue with your order, our return and exchange policy is outlined below:
1. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, you must share a clear unboxing video within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving your order.
Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
2. Quality Concerns
For any product quality concerns, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Any complaints received after this timeframe will not be entertained.
3. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Only exchanges are allowed once your claim has been verified and approved by Korean Skin Lab.
4. Exchange Process
· Customers requesting an exchange must bear the return shipping cost to send the product back to our warehouse.
· Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement item against the approved claim.
· The replacement will be for the same product or a suitable alternative if the original item is unavailable.
5. Important Notes
· Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
· Any tampered, used, or incomplete product will not be eligible for exchange.
· Korean Skin Lab reserves the right to accept or reject any claim based on the evidence and inspection results.
